Origin & Architecture

Meet the Architect

I don't just count reps. I diagnose dysfunctions, repattern movements, and rebuild bodies from the foundation up.

Why I Built This

I spent years watching people train hard, stay consistent, and still end up in pain — or worse, quit because their body was working against them. Knee pain on lunges. Lower back tightness on deadlifts. Shoulder impingement on press days. All dismissed with "just use lighter weight" or "skip that exercise."

That's not coaching. That's avoidance. And it doesn't fix anything.

I trained in corrective exercise and biomechanics because I wanted to actually solve the problem — identify the root cause of movement dysfunction and program the correction directly into the training session. Fix the pattern. Build the muscle. In the same workout.

That's the foundation of everything I do. That's the Kinetic Protocol.

The Methodology

Core tenets of the Kinetic Protocol.

01

Assess First, Program Second

Every client starts with a movement assessment. I need to know what your body is doing before I write a single workout. Are you compensating? Which muscles are overactive, which are shut off? Where's the restriction? The assessment drives everything.

02

Corrective Work Is Not Optional

Corrective drills aren't 'extras' to do if you have time. They're programmed into every session — between sets, during warmups, as part of the structure. This is how movement changes: consistent, targeted repetition paired with the strength work.

03

Hypertrophy Through Mechanics

When you fix how you move, you lift more weight with less joint stress. That's a direct path to more muscle. Corrective exercise and aesthetic results aren't in conflict — they're synergistic. A body that moves well builds better.
